We now off Marriage License By Mail for Out of State  and International Residents

Fill out ALL information on form and make a copy of your.

Step 2: You must make a make a non refundable online payment by credit card after submitting for us to begin processing your application. Standard Service $180 - 4 or more weeks prior to your wedding.  Express Service $230 - 2 to 4 weeks prior to your wedding.

Once we received the information and payment we will continue to process.

Step 3: Read the “Florida Law Handbook"

Step 4: Print the following documents and keep until we contact you with license.

1.) Marriage License in Absentia Statement

2.) Sample of How to Notarize Florida Marriage License By Mail

3.) Sample of How to Notarize International Citizens Copy of Passport

4.) Sample of How to Notarize US Citizens - Drivers’ License

Step 5: Once we send you the Marriage License via email, please print it.

Take to Notary: Marriage License,  Marriage License Absentia, Passport or US State ID and get Notarized.

*Be sure to take sample forms ( Sample 2 - Sample 3 - Sample 4 ) for reference.

Mail all notarized forms in a secure envelope once complete back to us.
